Drew Boyd

Drew Boyd is a global leader in innovation and creativity, international speaker, award-winning author, and university professor. He helps businesses and governments build a culture of innovation and solve their toughest challenges.

A former U.S. Air Force officer and graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, Drew brings discipline and strategic thinking to his work. RJ Sargent

RJ is a purpose-driven innovation leader passionate about helping people and organizations unlock their potential. At the University of Cincinnati's 1819 Innovation Hub, he leads Partner Success-building meaningful relationships with corporate partners like Microsoft, P&G and Kroger to accelerate innovation through curated workshops, talent strategy, and research connections.

With a background in innovation and product development, RJ blends creativity and strategy to design experiences that drive impact. He's known for his collaborative approach, clear communication, and ability to turn big ideas into action.
